Back Players are one of the most complex positions with the most different player types. To work on as many different quality as a Back Player has to you need to be smart with what kind of program you do, and how you adjust it to your playing style. This type of program has been tailored around the player which has their biggest weakness in their size. The program will focus on all the qualities for a back like explosiveness, power, strength and speed, but will also have a bit higher volume and hypertrophy spesific work.
8 Week Program, 6-10 workouts every week with Strength, Speed, Power, Agility, Injury Prev and Conditioning. Over 200 different exercises, position specific, video feedback on Cleans, access to True Coach and free PowerPoints regarding optimizing performance.
