Traditional Pivots used to be just the biggest guy on the team with the mentality “More mass, the better”. But the modern game handball is rapidly increasing in intensity, sprints and explosive actions. There is a more and more need for 2 way players, who can both be strong and stable in defence, and fast and powerfull in counter attacks and turn-arounds. This program will have as a goal to make you strong and stable as a bear, while also working on explosiveness making you be the first back on counter attacks.
