I hope you’ve had a good off-season period and are ready to unleash the strength and explosiveness which you have built in this time period. One of the biggest faults players do regarding the Off/In-season is that they have a tremendous training load in the off-season, where they develop maximal strength and Power. And when the season start they start to neglect the strength training, especially with heavy loads, and experience therefore a decrease in both strength and power. This might lead to reduced performance in-season, as well as being an injury factor.
I´ve built up the In-Season program in this following way:
You have 3 sessions a week, Heavy Strength, Power-Strength and Power-Speed. You will get new 3 workouts every week, which is properly thought out and periodized to fit elite/1 div players. Everyone doing the program should do AT LEAST 1 workout every week, optimal at least 2 workouts, and 3 if you have the time/energy. You can read more about the program here.
The program cost as little as 250 kr a month (25€). You will get an invoice the 1 of every month (5th of September is the first) and you only pay for the given month. If you don’t want anything more than a month, you just tell me BEFORE the month is over and I will make sure you don’t pay anymore. Read more about payment and access to program here.
