Off-Season Program for Wingers
To develop Wing-players has been somewhat of my staple. One of my first projects as a Performance Coach was working with Oskar Kvernes. Who went from 3rd pick in 2 division, till a place in Elverum A-Team within 2 years, playing along side with players like Luc Abalo and Christopher Hedberg. In later times some of my more known projects has been with Camilla Hennig-Olsen (Junior National Team and Oppsal Elite), Theodor Svensgård (Nerbø Elite) and helping Vilde Jonassen prep towards Final 4 in 2021 where Vipers went on to win Champions League. This program is aimed to make you more robust so you can tolerate more matches and game-load, make you jump higher, sprint faster, less injury prone and increasing game specific conditioning.
