The Back Player needs to be strong, fast, agile, jump high, have good work capacity, be injury resilient, as well as having the ability to produce tremendous amount of Power in just a few seconds. This program has the aim to improve your overall physical capacity as well as transferring it to feints and jump shots. 

The 8-week program includes 5-10 workouts per week of heavy strength, power-strength, power-speed, position specific workouts, sprint workout, footwork, conditioning, intervals, throwing program, bodyweight program for vacations and over 200 different exercises!

Everything within a customized app which you also get access to Clean tutorials, free presentations on nuturition, supplements, recovery and bonus stuff like meditations and visualization!

All included for the generous price of only 100€ for 8 weeks.
