Off-Season Program for Youth Athletes
“Learn to walk before you run” has been somewhat of my mantra when it comes to training Youth Athletes. These last 3-4 years I have on an monthly basis worked with 200+ Youth Athletes. I have seen what works, what don´t work and how they develop and respond to strength training. I have now, after 3 years of trying and failing, finally made a complete 4 week program with the proper weekly progressions in exercises to build a solid base for Youth Athletes.
4 Week Program, 6-7 workouts every week with Strength, Speed, Power, Agility, Injury Prev and Coordination. Access to True Coach and free PowerPoints regarding optimizing performance. Everything included for ONLY 35 Euro. Can also make special scheme prices for Youth Teams.
